Tony and his team did an amazing job on the sale of our property. From the marketing, open houses and the auction, everything was handled in a first class and professional manner. Tony and his team were able to get 20 bidders to the auction. Justin the auctioneer along with Tony ran the auction like a well oiled machine and achieved an outcome that we were very happy with. A special mention for Denise who went above and beyond in answering everything that was asked from us. This is the second property that I have sold through Tony and I wish that I had more, just to be able to experience it all over again. If you want the best! We met with several agents to sell our unit and I immediately really liked Steve and Liam. I felt like they were really honest and straight up in helping us value our home - they suggested a few improvements before putting our house on the market. Baraka knows MacMasters Beach and lives close by. He knows how to present MacMasters Beach in the best way. Congratulations.
Baraka and his team worked really well together. They really back up Baraka very well. Scores A+
Baraka listed to how we wanted our property to be marketed and it worked our successfully. Scores A+
Baraka was patient with us when things passed through some hard times, but we had a fair result.
The final price was well below the appraisal - statement of fact and not placing blame as it all depends on who turns up and perceives the value. However, leading seller and purchaser to unrealistic levels is difficult.
Video maker/photographer worked well with us and the video was a real winner for the sales and for attracting prospective buyers. Scores an A+
The building report person was ordinary and missed problems (such as low water pressure from the street) that I would have thought he should have noticed and made some mistakes in his comments. As a buyer, I would be disappointed. It suited me as a seller. Scores a "C".
The stylist was very poor and would rate a "Q" starting at "A" for excelent. She damaged some of our furniture after being warned. She brought in mats that were filfy and inappropriate. She missed the whole point. We received many comments that she made the place look like an advertisement for House and Garden. She put a bad mark on Baraka's efforts and I doubt that her styling made any difference to the sale. She is the reason that the above is only 4 stars.

James Cahill and his assistant Monica Touma were excellent. I could not have asked for a better agent or a better outcome. They understood the target market and paid attention to detail in presentation. They also took on board my particular preferences........like I have an aversion to fake plants. Their marketing campaign achieve excellent results through Domain and Real Estate. I was provided with weekly updates on the results of the advertising. James ensured at all times the advertising was factual. The auctioneer, Charlie knew his stuff and the unit was sold for a record price for the complex. All units in the complex are the same size. My property had been partially renovated but the bathroom had not been renovated.

From the first moment we chose Belle after recommendations from friends, we have found the process friendly, informative, easy and very successful.
Feedback from neighbours and others in the street, was very positive on how Belle kept them informed on open days, providing information about possible extra traffic, parking, and unusual people stopping in the street.
Even though we had some issues with the exchange and settlement, which was not Belle's doing, they provided support and options to get past the roadblocks put in front of us.
Dan and his team have been fantastic to work with and would highly recommend Dan and the Belle team to sell your property.
