Belle Property was founded in 2000 by Chris Meehan and Mark Elmowy. Chris and Mark believed that there would be a natural synergy between the ACP owned “belle” magazine and a prestige real estate group.
Chris and Mark opened several company owned offices in Australia and New Zealand between 2000 to 2006. A decision to franchise their offices was made in early 2007.
In late 2007 Peter Hanscomb as a major shareholder has taken on the responsibility as Chief Executive Officer of Belle Property.
Belle Property is an exclusive brand which is focused on, high quality marketing, innovative technology, personal coaching and professional people.
Our vision is to open about 100 offices in metropolitan and lifestyle markets in Australia and New Zealand. Our offices will only operate in communities which fit the “belle property” brand.
